# Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. 
At GreekGoods, we create custom products made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our items, **we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges** on any products once an order has been placed.

### Exceptions
We only provide replacements or refunds if:
- You receive a defective or damaged item.
- We made an error in fulfilling your order.

If you believe you’ve received an incorrect or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@greekgoodsco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and assist you.

### Shipping Issues
GreekGoods is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by carriers. However, we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping provider if needed.
