These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GreekGoodsCo website and online store (the “Site”) and any purchase or other transaction you make through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by GreekGoodsCo (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

6) Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss

15) Limitation of liability

 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREEKGOODSCO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

 

16) Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreekGoodsCo from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

 

17) Governing law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
