Shipping policy

At GreekGoods, we work hard to ensure your orders are processed quickly and delivered on time. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.


2. Shipping Regions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.


3. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout, but these are not guaranteed and are provided by the shipping carrier.


4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking updates and delivery estimates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.


6. Delays and Lost Packages

To ensure transparency and protect you from unnecessary liability:

  • GreekGoods is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or any circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, GreekGoods is no longer responsible for its delivery status.

  • If a package is lost, stolen, or delayed, customers must contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.

  • We will assist you by providing all available tracking and shipping details but cannot guarantee reimbursement from the carrier.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.

  • GreekGoods is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers will be responsible for reshipment costs.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at contact@greekgoodsco.com within 7 of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We will review your case and assist you with a replacement if eligible.

  • This does not apply to delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
